Welcome to Bitship

Bitship is the automated digital product delivery platform for Square sellers. Connect your Square account, map a product to a file, and Bitship takes care of the rest: the moment a customer completes a purchase, they get an email with a secure link to download it. Digital product delivery, simplified.

Who Bitship is for

Bitship is built for Square merchants selling digital goods, including:

  • Digital creators selling e-books, guides, and templates
  • Course creators distributing course materials and downloads
  • Software vendors delivering license keys or installers
  • Small business owners who sell any digital product alongside physical ones

If your product is a file (or a link to one), Bitship can deliver it.

What Bitship does

  1. Connects to your Square account. Bitship listens for paid orders on your connected Square store.
  2. Matches the order to a product. Each Square catalog item you sell is mapped to a file (or an external link) in Bitship.
  3. Delivers automatically. As soon as Square confirms payment, your customer gets an email with a secure download link.
  4. Keeps things simple. No file management system to learn — everything lives in one dashboard.

What Bitship is not

  • Bitship does not process payments — Square handles all checkout and payment.
  • Bitship does not ship physical products — it’s for digital products only.
  • Bitship does not work without Square — a connected Square account is required to create products and receive orders.
