Manage Your Subscription
Bitship uses a secure, Stripe-hosted billing portal for everything related to your subscription — payment method, invoices, and cancellation all live there.
Open your billing portal
Section titled “Open your billing portal”- Go to your Account page in Bitship.
- Next to Current Plan, click Manage (or Upgrade if you’re still in your trial).
This opens Stripe’s billing portal in a new tab, scoped to your Bitship subscription.
Start your paid subscription
Section titled “Start your paid subscription”While you’re on your 14-day free trial, the link next to Current Plan reads Upgrade. Click it to add a payment method and start your subscription — your trial time (if any remains) is honored before you’re charged. See Plans & Pricing.
Update your payment method
Section titled “Update your payment method”From the billing portal, choose Update payment method and enter your new card details. Your next charge uses the updated method.
Cancel your subscription
Section titled “Cancel your subscription”From the billing portal, choose Cancel plan. Canceling does not delete your Bitship account, products, or order history — but new orders won’t be delivered until you resubscribe.
